This is a typical large tea room, on the 3rd floor of a shop, there are lifts, the room itself is clean and well laid out but a bit lacking in atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful and we were quickly shown to a...More

This is an excellent place to come for alight lunch. It serves Scottish food and the service is efficient. It also serves excellent coffee. A real pleasure to eat here.

Super staff, delicious scones and wide range of traditional teas. Many echoes of Rennie Mackintosh designs. An old fashioned atmosphere and decor but modern, switched on service. A wide range of food available.

Went here with my parents for a afternoon tea and it wasn't a proper one. The service is good but I was expecting a bit more from the quality of the food.

Popped in for lunch. Good range of food and drinks and staff were great. Local produce used. Shame it wasn't the original cafe but that is in the museum!

Really lack lustre experience. We went off the hotel brochure for a tea room and ordered the afternoon tea. The staff were disinterested and seemed put out. The cakes tasted over baked and dry, the sandwiches were too cold as if made the night before...More
