Service was very good and tea was great. Not all food was fresh as it should be. However, in the main it was a good value for money

My first afternoon tea, and a great experience it was. This is a lovely place, quite a grand old interior, nicely set up and the bar (the place turns into a gin bar at night) is pretty impressive. The £22 afternoon tea comes in two halves - first savoury, then sweet, with bottomless teas, coffees and hot chocolates. I am... More

Having been to Cup several times and enjoyed every occasion, l was pleasantly surprised to learn that it has improved. The morning tea stand now has unlimited tea and coffee plus a fruit juice or smoothie added to the already generous selection of food. The Tea Lounge is a stunning space with charming and helpful staff and fabulous antique tiles... More

Visited recently for late breakfast. Beautiful place inside. Greeted by very friendly member of staff. My daughter had poached eggs. She said they were delicious. I had a scone, butter and Scone was still warm. Thoroughly enjoyed. Saw other customers having the afternoon tea. Looked great. Bought a pot of the delicious jam. Will be back.

Love this wee place. They do a cracking afternoon tea and a dreamy hot chocolate. Cupcakes are sometimes a little dry but for the most part pretty good. The staff are always polite and it's a beautiful building, gorgeous tiling.

Nice place for tea in Victorian surroundings. For cupcake lovers it must seem like cupcake heaven but the focus seems to be upon the whole experience. The quality of the tea is first class.

Had a lovely afternoon tea with friends last weekend. A huge selection of savoury and sweet treats. Lauren was our server and she was very helpful and professional. The cocktails were very good too.

My friend and I visited on Sunday afternoon to partake of some brunch before a gig. As he has a gluten allergy, we decided to visit Cup as it was mentioned several times on various websites as being excellent at catering for special diet requests. We arrived and were lucky to get a seat. However, the tables were very tightly... More

I had afternoon tea here last week on a very busy Saturday. The food was excellent and there is a huge choice of savoury and sweet treats. We chose the prosecco upgrade which is recommended. We couldn't manage all the food so we took a great selection of cakes home. The staff were brilliant and even let us extend our... More
