A group of us used the Cup Tea Lounge and considering the amount of people they had to attend to, this must rate as the best attentive friendly service about. Put this together with the exceptional food you have the perfect place to have and Afternoon Tea

The afternoon tea was lovely, there was nothing we didnt enjoy. We hadnt eaten since breakfast and didnt need dinner as there had been so much food. The staff were lovely and gave us boxes to take away the food we didnt finish. We really enjoyed our afternoon.

Another lovely visit to Cup Tea Lounge. Afternoon Tea was very tasty. Advice - eat only a light breakfast so you leave plenty of room and can attempt to finish both the savoury and sweet stand. Once again we took away the cakes we couldn't manage, absolutely nothing negative in this, its just that you are provided with a mighty... More

Best afternoon tea I have had. Pricey in comparison to others but worth it. 3 courses were lovely. Service was great.

Lovely wee coffee shop in the city centre. Possibly a bit formal for a casual hang out but a good option for a lunch break or business meeting. I visited with an old friend and we were both pleasantly surprised by the range of coffees, teas and light snacks. We tried a few of each and found them to be... More

Visited the tea lounge at 3pm on Saturday afternoon, we had a party of 4. I booked in advance and confirmed the booking beforehand. All in we had a great time and the food was delicious, especially the savouries and the bottle of Veuve for £40 was excellent value, the staff were also very lovely, friendly and helpful. However there... More

This was a small celebration for my daughters birthday. We had the afternoon tea experience. I have to say the food was excellent, far beyond what I had expected. When they came out with the cakes they had even gone to the trouble of putting a birthday candle in one of the cupcakes, which was a nice touch. The staff... More

My partner and I were craving a delicious brunch and decided to give cup a go! We were seated promptly by a lovely server. We both ordered the breakfast sliders ( one veggie) and were not so impressed - the egg slider was awesome and well thought out whereas the other two were not so good. The lorne was dry... More

Hello Errol, Firstly I would like to thank you for giving us a go and for enjoying the service you were given however as the whole point of going for brunch is the food I am sorry that it just wasn't up to scratch this day. The venue is absolutely exquisite - such beautiful decor! Cup Tea Lounge is the perfect location for afternoon tea during the day but doubles up equally well as a gin bar in the evenings; the fabulous decor suits both purposes. The service here was excellent - very friendly, personal and attentive. We wanted afternoon tea but hadn't booked, so the... More

Hello KSc0, We would like to say thank you for such a wonderful well written review. It's definitely a good idea to book for our Afternoon tea because of the nature of the product. We like to keep things fresh so strive to buy our ingredients daily from local suppliers thus we can run out if there hasn't been a... More
