Great food and service for lunch. The food is quite unusual and is very tasty. Think it is quite good for veggies and vegans. Always busy, but the tables seem to turn around quickly. They are dog friendly as well both inside and out which...is good. They serve coffee etc but also serve beer and wines as well.More

The food is small plates. Very good quality. Not cheap but the quality is high. You’ll spend £50 on 6 small plates. Nice atmosphere.

Myself and three friends ate here tonight, food really good but it is the service which I particularly want to praise. The young chap serving us was really professional, cool and calm under pressure as well as being super friendly and well mannered. I just...wanted to say this because I know how difficult it must be for staff at the moment; our experience was excellent, thank you.More

We were really looking forward to eating here as my friend had booked a table inside the restaurant for us on Saturday 28th August. She politely asked the waitress if we could be seated outside seeing as it was a sunny day, and was promptly...told there were no spaces even though we could clearly see there was. Literally within a few minutes of being seated at our table a couple walked in and asked another waitress if there were any tables outside and that they hadn't made a reservation. The waitress picked up some menus and took the couple outside and sat them at one of the empty tables! We asked our waitress why we weren't given the option to move as we had politely requested previously... she abruptly told us there had been a cancellation, which was strange as whilst we were seated at our table the phone didn't ring once. Maybe it was an online cancellation and she was probably having an off day but her attitude stank. I'm fully aware of the pressures on the hospitality industry the moment with staff shortages etc but the restaurant wasnt full. We had to ask a waiter if we could place an order for our food and drinks. The food was good but Ziques won't be my first choice when booking again!More

Went for brunch and it was lovely. Reasonable prices, decent choice to pick from and quick service. Staff were friendly and made us welcome. The food was delicious and not too filling which I liked. Good atmosphere in the cafe too. Overall a positive experience...and would go back.More

Some really great small plates and staff were brilliant too. Would recommend the shakshuka, the asparagus & prosciutto and the patatas bravas!

EXCELLENT breakfast! We travel to Scotland often from the US and this is by far my favorite breakfast eatery. I can’t wait to come back to try lunch at some point. 🤤 HIGHLY recommend: the veggie breakfast w/ poached eggs & a slice of the...French toast. The chili sauce + halloumi cheese on the veggie breakfast is an amazing combo! The French toast was probably the best I’ve ever had. Not too sweet and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend ordered “the big breakfast” and was a traditional Scottish breakfast. He devoured it so I assume it was yummy. 😂 We will be back!More

Everything was excellent from the decaf coffee (best I’ve had in a long time) to the veggie breakfast (possibly best EVER). Service was superb, welcomed on arrival, seated promptly, served drinks immediately and friendly SA waiter. Cannot fault anything.

I had been before and had been a little underwhelmed.I thought the menu was straightforward and offered a selection which was difficult to choose just one thing. I am so glad I chose the lamb Kofta. So flavourful and rich. Absolutely divine! Can't wait to...go back!More
