I visited here with my family and patents for lunch because we couldn't get in to the Mother India cafe next door. This place is run by the same people and does food to take out, and also has a few tables. The food was fantastic! We had vegetable pakora to start - delicious. Am the mains at great too.... More

I have been using The Den for a couple of years. I've seen a fair few restaurant come and go over the years. This one should stay exactly as is. Monkfish Curry is my meal of choice whilst my pal Jools savours the Keema. Can't fault it. Staff are great and attentive when required. Good effort. Authentic and slightly different... More

this is a very popular Indian restaurant due to the fact it has a great atmosphere, especially upstairs and the food cant be faulted, it has been great on all 6 visits I have had.

A few hours to kill in Glasgow. lunch for one at the Den. Fish pakora starter. Thought it was under seasoned but asked for salt and lemon, sorted. The main course of haddie in a lentil and preserved lemon sauce was one of the nicest curries I have ever had, and that includes the Curry Mile in Manchester. great lunch,... More

We regularly visit our local mother India takeaway and find the food far better than the expensive meal we once had here at the argyle street Resteraunt. It's cost around £70 for 4 people and the portions were way too big. This would be fine for a secon visit as we would know to share a dish between two. It... More

We've been meaning to try mother India dining in for ages and finally got round to it. As big fans of the restaurant we were keen to see if it lived up to expectation - and it did! The staff were lovely and friendly and the choice of food was excellent. It was serious value for money, cost less than... More

The service was incredibly poor. My dinner was so terrible I couldn't eat it. Both dishes were way too spicy.

An amazing ambience, brilliant menu choices and each time we visit the staff have been wonderful. Will happily have any dish cooked to any spice level so even my mother wasn't frightened to taste something different.

Thank Tina W
