Visited with 2 friends on a 5pm deal ,food was very good , and service great and staff friendly . Only negatives were, the décor could do with some TLC , and no draught beer . Worth a visit .

Wonderful food and excellent - albeit rushed off their feet - staff. Pre theatre requires booking as it gets very busy. Not for those who don't like enclosed spaces, but the small squashed together nature of the restaurant gives a wonderful ambiance. Out with theatre times it may be a bit less cramped, but almost certainly less fun. The food... More

Well impressed given the very mixed reviews this place gets. Good choices on menu, food well presented and was good. Very nice staff doing a great job in small tight restaurant. We were 10 people seated at a very busy time, the place was full and service was well judged. A good option for dinner.

Cannot condone the automatic implementation of a 10% service charge onto the bill which is not highlighted when booking or on menu (unless hidden in small print). Perhaps previous customers never left tips for good reason. Unlikely that I would return.

We have visited this lovely restaurant out of the blue in order to grab something before the show. We have been surprised in very positive way by the quality of the food and the excellent customer service. We will def be back.

My friends and I have decided to book the place for my birthday. The food was amazing, specially chicken liver and the stake was one of the best stakes I have ever tasted. The stuff was friendly and very welcoming. We would recommend it to anyone.

We ate here before going to the Kings theatre as it was close by and menu looked good. We were seated in a corner behind a huge concrete pillar and even had to squeeze past the table before sitting down. Food was good but as we were behind a pillar the waiter seemed to forget about us and had to... More

Visited after the pantomime during the festive holiday. We had a large family group of 10 and we where shown to our tables promptly. It took some time to place our drinks order but once this was sorted the service was fine. It appeared that only one guy was serving (maybe the owner). We all opted for the pre-theatre menu... More

I got the the restaurant and stood for 5 minutes to be seated (don´t know where the staff were). At the beginning the waiter seemed nice, but when I asked him for any recommendations he was very rude saying: "Where do you want to go for recommmendations?" After that he left me alone for 10 minutes and then came back... More

First time in Teatro and I was not disappointed, it has the family restaurant feel and a buzz about the place. The antipasti platter was the perfect start to our meal with a great mix of items. We went for the Parma Ham Pizza and also the Carbonara, both delicious. Dessert was tiramisu, again really tasty. Very good value, I... More
