Booked through 5pm . 2 courses for £5 thought would give restaurant a go as wanted value lunch. Was quiet but manager showed us to nice corner table and brought menus. Nice touch was bread and oil as pre starter. I had carbonara , my daughter pizza. Both were hot and tasty. Desserts were tasty, even though I wasn't sure... More

Visited this restaurant on 14th May with 8 friends for an after theatre meal, we booked through 5pm. Food was fantastic, much better than the 4 star hotel we were staying in, and service was great. Also the guitar player was entertaining and took requests!

Arrived about 12-30 for a Pre Theatre Lunch. The place was empty. Shown to a table in the corner that was very cramped. Both of us ordered a starter and a lasagne for a main course. The waiter had to go to the kitchen to ask if the lasagne was available. He returned to confirm that it was. I now... More

Food was average. Service poor. Were not offered any parmesan with our meal, and when we asked where the toilet was, we were abruptly sent in the wrong direction. Worst thing was the 10% service charge which is added to your bill without this being brought to your attention - should it not be up to the customer to leave... More

Came across this restaurant on a bust Saturday evening whilst looking for somewhere to eat and had no reservation. The staff were great, fitting us in even though they were busy and the service was great. The restaurant itself is pleasant if maybe a little cramped but the atmosphere was pleasant and the guy playing the guitar at the bottom... More

We booked this restaurant on-line and were not disappointed. The food was tasty and well cooked, the staff members were friendly and the four of us enjoyed our visit. We would go again.
