An must visit place for every aspiring baker - but only for the display of bread. Nice and well decorated place where bread plays significant role. But thats about it - taste wise there are so much better places 10 min walk away.

I'm only in Glasgow a few times in the year but when I can, I drop into K&J for a breakfast or brunch. The food has always been nice and the atmosphere pleasant, but the last two or three times I've been there my irritation about the poor service has exceeded the pleasure of the food! The staff are always... More

Popped in here the other day for lunch. Lovely selection on the menu, very attentive staff (considering this was very busy) and what an amazing range of cakes!! Good value for money and on trend.

Popped in with a friend for a coffee. Was greeted by a waiter with the Menu and taken to an upstairs table. Quirky sort of layout, pleasant enough. £2.40 for a cappuccino. A one size only offering it seemed, no Small, Medium or Large. We waited ten minutes at a less than third full capacity...still no service. It was only... More

We have read and heard good things about this place but were slightly disappointed with the quality of food. First of all, if you are a bakery & deli, you need to make sure the baked goods are fresh. That's essential. The store looks amazing and makes you try everything but the actual experience does not fit this picture. We... More

First trip to this wonderful cafe. So glad we found it. Lovely atmosphere, helpful staff who wisely aided us in our food choice, and most importantly outstanding food! The most delicious salad I have ever tasted. We will definitely be going back. Hopefully soon. We loved the homemade pesto so much we bought some to take home on the way... More

Have been to Kember and Jones many times and always been very happy with the food...the service can be patchy, but that's ok. Had lunch on Wednesday with my dad and ordered the crab sandwiches and chorizo, manchego and paprika potato salad. The sandwich was mostly Mayo, the salad had a small scattering of chorizo and the few potatoes were... More

We stopped here for a coffee on Sunday morning and the atmosphere and the menu looked so good that we came back 3 hours later for lunch. At first it was the cakes which grabbed our attention, and they were very good, but the lunch options were even better. 2 of the party had the tart with salad; 2 others... More
