Evening meal. Great decor and service good. Meal starter and main. Starter was pretty good but the main sea bass at £12 was ok. Fish was good but the main disappointment was that the fries or more like crumbs were really poor and there was...More

Had my first visit to the restaurant on Saturday afternoon and dined from the Saturday lunch menu. Was very impressed with the decor of the restaurant, the attentive staff and the quality of the products available. Well worth a visit: I know I shall return!

Lunched at The Citizen. Ordered off the good value Saturday Lunch Menu that offers two courses for £16.95. We were seated in the smaller dining area that is tastefully decorated in Victorian style, reflective of the architecture of the building. The food was nicely presented...More

Been here for dinner twice now and it never disappoints. Quality food and service. Cannot fault the place in my opinion. If you want a good steakhouse with a bit of atmosphere, go here.
