our third time in franky and bennys silverburn and each time we ask ourselves why. We went Monday the 11th of July and ended up being the only customers in the place, the waitress was unfriendly and drew us a terrible look when we asked if we could sit by the window. We sat down waited 10mins to be asked for... More

Great for a pasta and a drink after or pre movie night, if you are lucky enough to get a table within your time frame.

Visited the Silverburn restaurant the other day with my sister. We both enjoyed our meals and thought the food was great quality and value. Service was excellent and we will definitely return in the future.

Came here on a weekday afternoon for some lunch during a shopping trip. As I entered and took my place in the wait to be seated queue I was confronted with a member of staff berating a customer in front of me, the customer had very politely raised an issue with his food and service and the staff member was... Have visited this Frankie and Benny's many times as it's handy before going back down the road from Glasgow. It's a firm family favourite in our house as the food is very reasonably priced and of a good standard. My favourite dish is the 'Saltybocca Chicken'. The staff are just fantastic, it's impressive watching them balancing the big trays of... More

Visited this week and the food was awful . Pasta tasteless, burgers totally overcooked. I took healthy option steak and salad, the salad was tiny and lathered with cheap salad dressing. The light deserts had a ball of icecream the size of a bouncy ball. Forgot to mention the miniscule portion of coleslaw served. The waiter was nice but what... More

Cannot go wrong with this restaurant if you are out shopping with family or taken family out for lunch/dinner. Personally for me the food is okay. Had a few bad experiences.Although for my daughter, she loves it here (i bet its the sweetie box)!
