My husband and I ate here a couple of weeks ago and the food was fabulous. the staff were friendly too. Whilst we were there a big family with children came in and I noticed that the staff were really nice to the children and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely first class, from the moment we walked in until we left we were made most welcome indeed. Food was excellent, highly recommend the Scotch Lamb rump with Scottish chorizo & butterbean stew, roasted carrot puree, broad beans and lamb & rosemary jus - if I wasnt company, I would of picked up the plate and liked it clean.. Great family dinner and easy to get a table. Friendly staff who know about the food on offer, really attentive and helpful. Great location and the perfect sized place to dine out, not tiny but not massive either. The food was great - highlight of the starters was the scallops with venison chorizo and pear purée. The mains were delicious,... More

I took some work colleagues and a client for a meal here based on some very positive reviews, happy to report it lived up to expectations and the restaurant is certainly worth a return visit or two. The food and wine was of a great standard.

Have eaten here twice now on the early evening menu and the food has been amazing. The puff candy meringue dessert is fantastic. The waiting staff are very attentive without being obtrusive. Very good value for money.

We had the pre-theatre menu on a Saturday. Excellent value for money and food delicious. We were a party of four and all were happy with our menu choices and size of portions. The freshly baked flavoured bread was a nice touch to start . The haggis croquettes were an interesting take on the traditional whilst the tarragon chicken was... More

I visited The Sisters Restaurant recently for the first time with my friends. It's a lovely looking place and very comfortable. There's a couple of tables suitable for private dining, which is a lovely touch. The menu wasn't extensive but the food was well presented and very tasty. I didn't like the fact that chips or potatoes were extra on... More
