Was pleasantly surprised by the food this time used to frequent here often but since it changed chain felt more English based strange for central Scotland pub. The food was better today came hot to table and nice to see more on plate with garnish. Will definitely be back.

Stopped off here today for a drink and decided to have something to eat. Wish we hadn't bothered. My loaded chips were anything but loaded. It was basically a slice of haggis placed on top with enough sauce just to cover the haggis. I also had a blt toastie which was a tiny slice of bacon a slice of lettuce... More

I popped in and was a wee bit disappointed. It's the kind of bar where your feet stick to the carpet. I ordered food and question at the time if the order was right and told yes surprise surprise when it arrived it was wrong !!! Would I go back. I don't think so

Came here for lunch a while ago with my granny. It was really nice, I got a chicken wrap with salad. Look forward to visiting again!

I was staying locally and went into the Earl of Zetland on a couple of occasions for dinner. From what I have heard, it has gone downhill since it stopped being a Wetherspoons. On the first occasion, Friday evening I had Hunter's Chicken. The portion size of the chicken was large but the presentation and portion of vegetables was poor.... More

It is a converted churchcso has a bit of character to it. My bug bare when I last went was the tables were dirty and the floor needed swept. However the food though simple fare was good considering what you pay for it.
