Great atmosphere, not too big and crowded. Lovely and attentive service. Great whiskey (of course) and a large selection. Food was brilliant and we would go again if visiting again.

Really great restaurant. Great service. Very kid friendly too. Food was above average and as expected given the price point. Location is nice too. Overall, I’d recommend this place and will come back to it again.

The title says it all. Ask for Sam! Will make a beeline straight to Whiski when in Edinburgh again. Steak and mushroom pie, battered cod and apple tart were excellent.

Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its

place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the

I would recommend reservation as it can get really busy. Normally tip around 10-15% of the total cost.
