One of Edinburgh's neat hideaways but this one felt more genuine. Quality staff and well priced makes it a sharp choice

Amazing drinks, cool ambiance, and very friendly staff. The bartenders were great at drink recommendations, teaching us about whiskey, and giving other local recommendations in Edinburgh. Loved the atmosphere, felt like a local.

Amazing service (including offering a napkin to clean my glasses), particularly enjoyed the Mint 500.

We had been recommended to visit whilst having cocktails in Tigerlily, but I was a little unsure from hearing that it’s not signposted and under the dry cleaners. My boyfriend managed to find it for us and I am so glad we went!!! Brilliant atmosphere...More

We enjoyed it here so much that we came twice during a 4-day trip! The atmosphere is cozy and cool with great (maybe loud for some) music. And they know how to make a perfect old fashioned. If it weren’t for this fun spot I...More

Down a flight of stone steps into a dark cavern, buzzing cocktail bar full to the brim, bit of a wait for a drink but superb atmosphere, good selection of cocktails and drinks, various changes in floor levels so watch your step

We only came in for one drink as it’s all we had time for after being strongly recommended it by several people. The cocktail list (while not as huge as I expected by other reviews) was very extensive - something for everyone. But it was...More

Loved this little bar, bit tricky to find if your not from the area. It’s on the lower ground floor! Bramble was delicious, celery sour was great too! Cosy little bar for some decent drinks

Having been to many of the other speakeasy bars in Edinburgh, this one had to go on the list to try. Looked on Google maps - great, I know where it is...nope, walked right past it. For ease, it's at the bottom of Hanover Street,...More

I have been to Bramble a few times - most recently in the Summer - because it was in the Top 50 of the World’s Best Bars ranking a couple of years ago. The quality of the cocktails certainly makes it deserving of the ranking...More

This bar is worth the hassle finding. Located below the dry cleaners, it was very difficult to find, although we enjoyed our time here. The expensive cocktails were high quality with a great range to choose from, when we were in the bar the only...More

This place was recommended from another bar, however they did not say how to find it. We followed google maps and it said we had passed it, there are no signs for this place, 3 of my friends went though a door and I was...More

If you're reading this, just go already, it's actually not that hard to find! The drinks were fantastic and the staff was quick and attentive. I love that it's a small, dark space and maybe that's weird but I hate crowded spaces and even though...More

It was initially quite hard to find the bar itself, it has no outside signs to indicate where it is. So we asked a couple of locals and they showed us how to get in. Once you're there, the atmosphere is great. The fact its...More

Went to the bramble bar and apart from the exquisite cocktails that Ross, James and Johnny prepared (who might I add were easy on the eye) the atmosphere was lovely. It is a small bar and it feels a bit like a 1920s speakeasy with...More
