Lovely breakfast - avocado , feta , chilli and bacon ; this was warming and confirming. It was also very filling ! Good attentive service and pleasant ( if small) surroundings. Highly recommended

Very friendly staff and good vibe, with lots of locals. Coffee, hot chocolate and avocado toast was very good for a reasonable price, quantity and quality.

Excellent breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. The menu is small but WOW , each selection is very special . In our 5 day visit we had breakfast every day and wouldn’t be tempted anywhere else . Wonderful friendly staff.

Had an absolutely delicious poke bowl and cheese toastie at Fortuna Coffee Bar. Would particularly recommend the poke bowl! Both portions were very generous - loads of cheese on the toastie. Nice calm, friendly atmopshere.

Had a very enjoyable lunch today, quality coffee, and the poke bowl I had is amazingly good. Highly recommended. Tip: if you drive an EV, park and charge your ev on Heriot Row, thank me later :)

I was craving a fresh brunch and came across this place. I had the vegan Banana bowl and the other half had scrambled eggs with bacon. Both were faultless! A small menu but almost impossible to pick between the options. All food coming out to...other tables looked so good. Good coffee and plenty of dairy free options for myself.More

What a great find this little coffee shop is, definitely the best place I found for breakfast/brunch in Edinburgh. Lovely, friendly, helpful service, great coffee and hot chocolate and delicious food. The menu is small but well executed and if you're lucky you can grab...the window seat to watch the world go by. Definitely one to go back to.More

Really lovely option for a great coffee, and we enjoyed the mocha and walnut traybake. The brunch menu looked really interesting. We might have to visit again sometime!

The staff recognized us when we came in for the 2nd day and still knew what we drunk. Very friendly staff, quick service and good food. But you can also come in for an excellent coffee.

Today I was out exploring and this cafe caught my eye with a sign for the soup of the day: lentil, cauliflower, and spinach. It was served with sourdough bread and generous amount of butter. It was the perfect lunch and I may just return...tomorrow! Highly recommend.More

Loved the food and the options, really friendly and welcoming staff. Cute and cosy place to pop in for a coffee or some breakfast. Berry bowl is amazing! The value for money is really good also. Great breakfast place if you’re staying in yotel hotel...it’s less than a 30 second walk.More

Good food and great atmosphere, friendly service. Very good variances of food and perfect for a breakfast before exploring the town.

Can’t really fault this place. It’s small so have a plan B if there are no seating. The staff are spot on. I noticed how on the ball they are at cleaning tables after someone has finished. The menu is good with options to cater...for most diets. I went with the blackberry and Brie toast which was lovely. Initially I thought they maybe overdone it with the blackberries but it was great. My wife got scrambled eggs on toast which she also enjoyed. She also got a hot chocolate which was very good. To take away we got a millionaire shortbread and a ginger and cranberry slice. Both of them were nice but the ginger slice was brilliant with a lovely soft texture. The price of everything was not too expensive, especially for city centre.More

This was by far the best spot for coffee/latte in all of our stay in Scotland and Ireland! Staff was lovely as well. My only adjustment during our stay is you all open a tad later than what we are used to back in the...States so that was a bit of an adjustment. Thank you for lovely service and delicious lattes.More

What a lovely spot. It's impossible to miss the floral array outside the front door and there's a warm, friendly welcome in this spot. A nicely priced, concise menu and I loved sitting at the window watching the world go by. The food and coffee...are delicious - I ate my (very late) breakfast and bought a couple of pastries pieces to sustain me through the dayMore
