Stopped in for a cooked breakfast following a lazy Sunday walk down by the shore after a heavy night out(!).....just what the Dr ordered! They even kindly rustled up some haggis with it when requested to which I really, really fancied and was not disappointed. Lovely waitress, made you feel welcome and your custom valued. Will definitely return next time... More

Inky dark Turkish coffee, tasty meals and baked cakes, plus baklava! Great to sit outside on the Shore if the sun shines.

Always enjoy the coffee, sweat meats and savouries. It's been here a few years now. Get the odd thing or a platter. Good for being on your own or with (an)other(s). Reasonable prices and friendly service.

Was wandering along looking for leith, and felt hungry. Popped in and had the wonderful haggis and hummus. It works really well. The place is clean and the portions are a good size.

Stopped for lunch on our walk exploring Edinburgh. Nice, friendly place. Enjoyed the stay, the friendliness of the staff, the food, which was a feta salad with pita bread. It was very good, fresh and flavours well balanced.

It has become a tradition to walk along the Water of Leith from Dean Village to Leith and stop for lunch for Meze at the Cafe Truva. Excellent Meze, a nice bottle of white wine and finishing with strong Turkish coffee. There is unfortunately no room for a wonderful Turkish dessert because the Meze is more than sufficient. Also we... More
