Friendly and efficient staff and well run branch of Costa. This is a small space in a retail centre but it is well laid out and is wheelchair accessible.

I wouldn’t normally review Costa as there are so many, all similar. However, this particular Costa stood out as being very well maintained, spacious and clean. Service was friendly and we enjoyed coffee and shortbread before walking back to our cruise ship.

We were able to get our caffeine fix in the clean and tidy coffee shop in the Ocean Terminal after an enjoyable tour if the Royal Yacht. As usual the coffee was good and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Do not visit they are con artists who charge you extra in the one above at Debenhams there was a fat dirty lady in her 60s who served me and tried to charge me extra for two cinnamon swirls when I ordered one. Plus she...has got communication issues because I asked for a caramel shortbread but only instead provided a cinnamon swirl. She’s got rough blond fake hair with a triple chin called Anna make sure you avoid the place. They should change their name to consta coffee since they’re con artists, you wouldn’t get this horrific service at Starbucks. Visit starbucks instead for quality coffee. If I can rate this place zero, then I would because they are very harsh on their customers and they let a bloke in who didn’t wear a mask. Anna should be given the sack.More

A very quick review - One expects coffee from Costa to be good - and the toasted sandwich was hot and tasty - again what one expects from a national chain The unit is in need of an update - decoration all a bit dated...- time for some investment.More

Served with a smile by a nice young woman from Poland. Coffee and cakes exactly what you would expect!

This Costs Coffee is like others, it is a bit compact and small with limited circulation space. You know what you are going to get. Its location near the main doors means that some tables get a cold draught when it is busy with people...coming and going.More

Standard Costa . Good coffee and pleasant staff. Someone working hard to clear tables is always a good sign.

Costa always serve a perfect coffee however few can match the stylish venue on Ocean Terrace a perfect precurser for the main attraction

Nice Latte, sat on chairs and around a table drinking out of cups just the same as any other Costa. Not knocking it I like Costa but there all much the same

Disappointing visit to this coffee shop. Decor needs an overhaul. Coffee ok as you would expect but cake dried out.

I ordered a small coffee. When receiving my change I pointed out that i had ordered a small and not a medium. Apparently at this point it was too late to change my order. I was too tired to argue.

I’m not able to eat a lot of bread so am limited here - was excited when their new salads and soups came out but most shops have ‘run out’ so I decided to try the hoisin duck wrap - it came SUPER heated in...the horrible new ovens, so burnt my mouth - was all soggy 98% wrap and 2% filling - quite disgusting actually- not good enough Costa - what about people with special diets?????More

There is now two Costas in the centre - there is one in Debenhams too now. So if it is too busy in here, then you know where to go. Good selection of sandwiches, cakes, cold drinks and all of your usual hot drinks. If...you take away then it is slightly cheaper. The service was quick, they have free wifi and a clean toilet too.More

While travelling around the UK found a number of these Cafe's & used several as we found them to be consistently good & reasonably priced. This was no different. Server was friendly & helpful, coffee good & although seating is in a mall situation it...was partially separated & hence reasonably quiet.More
