I don't know what has happened to this place. Had some lovely times here in last few years. Tonight was not good. We got there. Our table was under the stairs. We said 'it's really dark.' The response from the miserable manager (devoid of welcome...More

Returned for a visit after an absence of a few years. Pleased to say we still experienced excellent quality food and I thought that the price of the food and drink was very reasonable. All staff were helpful and attentive. Will revisit!

Food was absolutely amazing and fantastic value. The staff were friendly and helpful they didn't rush you or keep coming up to you asking if everything is ok. Prices are a wee bit high but the food and service is worth that wee bit extra

I visited here with family in late October. My food was nice - fresh and well presented. However, the service was slow and not overly friendly. And the restaurant was cold. I wouldn’t rush back.

We had booked this hotel in advance - was recommended to us by a local Scotsman. So - arrived with 13 Danes all eager to try Scottish food. Also had Scottish music (quiet) and a waitress who read a Robert Burns poem to us. Nice...More
