Easily accessible from M74, so ideal as a stop-off on a longer journey. Nicely appointed facilities. Excellent range of delicious food available. Good service by very friendly staff. Accessible for wheelchairs with disabled toilet.

Not an extensive menu but the choices were good for a light lunch. The Ploughman's lunch consisted of 3 pieces of cheese, bread and salad with a little pot of chutney. The sweet potato and lentil slice was very tasty and also came with salad. The restaurant is bright and well furnished. Staff are friendly although with only 2 staff... More

Went here for lunch after the disappointment of the boating pond being closed. As a first visit for myself and my family, we were all impressed by the decor and ambience upon entry. We were quickly seated by a friendly young waiter. The lunch menu was varied and covered my wife's pescatarian diet more than adequately. I had a tasty... More

Wow! Wow! & Wow! Myself and my wife, Had the pleasure of staying in Russell and Danielle's Guesthouse eleven yrs ago and remembered enjoying a fantastic evening meal and a truly enjoyable stay, very well looked after. Once again we are in Moffat and looking for somewhere to eat. After doing an Internet search and checking the town out we... More

Modern place just off the main street. We stopped off for coffee and cake. Good choice of drinks and cakes...very good. More than just a coffee shop though. Licensed serving lunches, afternoon teas and evening meals. Really friendly service. All in all a great place to go. Not expensive for such a nice place.

Great meal for me and my wife, really good value for money. Attentive staff but not obtrusive, will visit again when next in Moffat.

A nice relaxed atmosphere to have a meal with friends. Staff are welcoming and the furnishings are tasteful, the tables aren`t crammed together and there is no rush to vacate your table. The food was very good indeed, menu a nice size, doesn`t overwhelm you with choice, but enough to cater for all diets and adjustments can be made for... More

Been in Brodies a few times now and never fails to deliver, it's got the X Factor as far as tearoom/restaurant is concerned. The Cake/Sandwich Stand for two with tea or coffee is charming and delicious. Served with bone china and matching tablecloths and napkins a nice touch. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff willing to chat away. Just a nice... More

A damp morning indeed, and a brief stop in a lovely town and one of the nicest coffee shops I've seen..... just coffee and a cake, I fear, but settled into a deep comfy chair it was enough. I should come back one day and have more.
