I like this place, it has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very warm and welcoming and above all they actually smile!! Their scones are second to none. They have a fantastic choice of cakes, callorie laiden I'm sure but..what the hell! Wish they'd change...More

Coffee is great, just don't like the smell of all the soap ornament that they sell, it puts me off eating. Staff are lovely.

Better pubs in Dumfries that serve better beer and no jumped up bar staff. Head for tam o shanter or the globe.

We visit regularly when in town. Nice atmosphere and good photos/paintings to view. Well varied menu and very nice coffee. Highly recommended.
