We visited here for coffee and cake when in the area. One half of the place is dog friendly and the lady who greeted us couldn't have been any more accommodating. It does get busy so would advise booking ahead. Lovely coffee, cakes, ice creams...etc and a lovely setting. Highly recommend.More

We stayed at static caravan site behind the Mill and we’re told the Mill closed at 4.00pm. So on Sunday we made sure we arrived in plenty of time at 3.30 pm in order to be seated and make a food order for 2 adults...and two grandchildren. Very disappointed to be told kitchen was closed. Stopped off for coffee when travelling north from Stirling, quick service of coffee with very tasty fruit scone (baked in house I believe). Staff were very welcoming which topped off a lovely visit. Thankyou - will stop in again next time when passing.

We stopped here this morning for a quick brunch on our way up north for a wee babymoon. The gluten free options were great - lots to choose from. I had the vegetarian breakfast with gluten free toast and it was outstanding! Unbelievably tasty and...the gf toast was so good, I even had to double check it was in fact gf!! The staff were all lovely and so helpful too. Just gutted we don't live closer as this would definitely have been a regular brunch stop otherwise.More

Delicious and lovely service! We were looking for a late lunch after visiting Glamis Castle and liked the menu. I am a fan of Cullen skink and theirs was savory and very satisfying. My wife’s chicken Caesar was very good. Recommend Mill Burger if you...are wanting a good one. Great new outdoor seating area under a canopy. Lorna couldn’t have been nicer company in chatting us up. Five stars!More

We attended a family event at The Mill for Christmas and went with the set menu. Have to say that the food was really good and everyone seemed to enjoy the food, also very reasonably priced. The service on the whole was good although one...member of staff seems to have no concept of social distancing, reaching across people, bumping and nudging. Average score just because of this one member of staff who didn't even to know the words, excuse me.More

We had a lovely lunch here, along with your dog Martha. Varied menu and lots of cakes, scones, etc too. BEST BIT however was the waitress who was one of those people who just exudes joy. She was happy, helpful and even took the time...not only to recommend a nice walk with our dog, but wrote out the directions for us!! Top service (wish I’d asked for her name so I could give her the credit!) will definitely be backMore

Varied menu, offering vegan, vegetarian, GF & something for carnivores, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. The soup/open sandwich is especially good value! The staff are friendly, particularly understanding of any allergy needs & give you all the time you need to choose. Perhaps a drinks...menu would be helpful, otherwise we were delighted with this hidden gem. Can’t wait to visit again.More

Lovely wee find, and dog friendly too, a must for us. Loved the pretty courtyard type setting, and the food itself was plentiful and very tasty. We all greatly enjoyed what we ate - I had macaroni with sweet potato fries. Latter were especially delicious,...crisp and very fresh. We were delighted with what we had and will no doubt be back.More
