Went looking for a cosy place to eat in Aberdeen. Found Musa by random browsing on Tripadvisor and thought it looked nice (was drawn to it by the picture of the round church window...yes, sometimes decisions can be spurred from the weirdest of intuitions). Well, it turns out the pictures were only showing half the truth, because the place was... More

I have heard about Musa for a long time but just never found the time to visit and I am kicking myself now after now having visited the venue for the past two weekends. What an absolute delight! Its is small and very quaint with so many features which just make it feel very special. The staff are very welcoming... More

This place is a bit different for Aberdeen. Interesting and quirky decor. Food is very tasty, great quality, and menu varied and interesting. Service friendly and attentive. It has a refreshing but comfortable ambiance.

As I had a colleague from an other office visiting Aberdeen, I took her out for an unplanned dinner at Musa, the place was busy but we got a table straight away without a booking. We both went for fish, we first share the salmon strater, then I had the seatrout which was fabulous, cooked to perfection, a very reasonable... More

I visited Musa for dinner with some friends and had an excellent experience. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. I had a salmon starter and duck as a main course - both delicious. I would highly recommend Musa to anyone; it is unique which is a nice change in Aberdeen. The menu is varied enough to keep everyone happy... More

I've been to Musa before and the food can never be faulted, it has to be one of the best in Aberdeen if not the best - but it's very pricey from the dinner menu. However we went before the cinema one night to take advantage of their "early evening steak supper club" menu which at £17 for 2 courses... More

I could not visit this restaurant enough, it is definitely a hidden gem. I would always book before going as it is very popular, especially on weekends.

Dropped in mid-week for lunch. Not very busy but Aberdeen seems to be suffering with the oil crisis so understandable. Quirky decor and a comfortable ambience. Had a good lunch with some interesting menu choices, good choice of beers on offer.

The food was great, couldn't fault it. However the girls working there looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there. I guess it had something to do with having to climb the stairs to get to the table perhaps. They asked to have plates passed down to them repeatidly even though there was space down one side to reach... More
