Great food and atmosphere, pricy but worth it every time. Gin menu and amuse bouche are special touches. Filet has been the best I've had

Had yet another great lunch at Moonfish, starter of chicken liver and the lamb main were absolutely sublime. Good service from the waiting staff as ever. Always so many great choices on the lunch menu i would happily recommend to everyone and excellent value too.

The name is deceptive. Moon Fish Cafe is actually a fine dining restaurant for lunch and dinner focusing on fish dishes but offering other choices as well. Correction Wynd is accessed either from Union St and down the steps to the right of the front wall of St Nicholas Kirk. Or by turning left before the entrance to the St... More

Great little restaurant with homely feel to it. The food was superb and even my vegetarian guest found lovely choices. Great selection of wines and gins, too many to try but we did our best. The reviews where people talk about small portions and value for money clearly don't know what they are talking about and are dining in the... More

Cosy little restaurant at Correction Wynd near St.Nicholas St. Aberdeen. We book a table when we walked buy the day before after long shopping day. They were fully booked but squeezed us inn at 18.15. The service was nice and personal. The food was phenomenal, fresh, tasty and well presented. This place is well worth visiting and superb experience. Thank... More

As the name suggests, this bistro specialises in seafood, but offers other options as well. The staff were friendly, very helpful (my wife is a wheelchair user) and very knowledgeable about the food and the wine. We enjoyed a three course dinner, with bread and oil and an amuse bouche thrown in, and all three courses were excellent - a... More

We visited for an early evening meal (mid week) and I was jolly glad we booked as it filled up incredibly quickly. The wine list was amazing - a wine for every occasion, taste, allergy, lifestyle etc so I was pleased my husband was driving. We hadn't been there long when we were served with a delicious amuse bouche. I... More

There isn't any fault in this wee cafe. The food is always great and the service compliments that. I like the fact that this is just a wee restaurant. It creats a lovely intimate atmosphere. Great for a romantic meal or a quiet catch up with a few friends. I would defiantly choose here for a romantic meal. I really... More

Second visit and booked for a Saturday lunchtime and we were very pleased with our meal and drinks. Small selection but something for everyone (especially when neither of us eat fish!) Reasonably priced for the quality. I'm sure we will be back again before long

Thought it might be a special treat for a birthday so booked a table for 4 for 7pm. Not a problem at a weeks notice which says something about the oil industry recession or something else. Bottle of ordinary Chablis was a bit steep at £39.50, Hendricks and tonic more reasonable at £5.50. The three course menu £37.50/head. Bread dipped... More
