I ate here with friends and we had a great night. Food and service was fantastic. Really enjoyed scallops starter with black pudding fritter and main coarse excellent. Finished my meal off with sticky toffee pudding which was the best I ever had. Great job guys!!

Visited the Friary Restaurant at Armagh City Hotel with 2 other members of my family and was blown away! I had never tried gnocchi before but the gnocchi starter was delicious; All plates of food were presented beautifully and tasted great. The mains were equally as sublime, the steak was the most tender I have ever tested. Can't wait to... More

Average meal selection. Not cordon blue, but OK food. Service bit irratic. Different waiting staff all attending, no one specifically in charge of specific tables. Think hotel should look at this aspect as we felt we just had to catch the attention of passing staff.

I had the salmon which was nice but came with no veg and my daughter had the stir fry which she said was bland. My two son in laws had the steak which they both said was... More
