We ate here one night and really enjoyed the service, the manager and staff were excellent, always smiling and checking that our food was ok. It is in a good location in the city centre, plenty to choose from on the menu, great desserts too, nice easy listening music played in the back ground, very good routine, not long to... More

We called in at 5pm without booking a table in advance and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. Booking advised as it's a busy place We chose the Early Bird Menu which is great value for money. The service was great and the food was excellent. Well worth a visit. We will be back!

I stopped in with a family member for dinner in August. The atmosphere and decor in the restaurant struck me as a little bit odd, but the staff were friendly and the menu looked appealing. And the food was quite good. I was slightly disappointed that there was no local cider on the bar menu, but that was not a... More

To be honest and I'm not going to lie, I really enjoy embers food it's gives me something to look forward too, the restaurant itself is always brighten with a crowd of people not to crowded just enough to make you know it's a good restaurant yet I was disappointed with one of the staff members ignorance towards, so miserable... Slap bang in the middle of Armagh opposite the theatre, Embers' secret is its excellent staff service. From John the owner/manager to all the waiter staff, everyone is absolutely charming. Spacious and looking good after a recent upgrade/makeover it has a typical Irish smalltown food menu (nothing too adventurous) but is great value, tasty and generously sized portions. You will... We dropped by for a quick bite during our trip to Armagh. Tasty, freshly made food served by very attentive and friendly staff. Just the ticket for a lunchtime bite.

chose this restaurant to go with three children based in the high TA ratings but not sure if it's really the best that Armagh has to offer. The place itself was fine but the food was pretty standard. The very young waiting staff were nice and friendly but were not really attentive in terms of keeping the tables clean, etc.

We visited this restaurant due to TripAdvisor as it was top 1 in Armagh. Nice meals and service. Maybe they should take care of timing cause success is good until you cannot serve everybody on accurate time. We full recommend this nice bar.

I went here for lunch with my 2 young children and niece, the staff were very slow and seemed very confused when I ordered a very simple option of two kids sausage and chip and an extra plate for the baby. I also ordered some cucumber on the side of the sausage and chips as my eldest loves cucumber, this... More

I have used this coffee shop a number of times. Evening opening is useful if attending evening events. Food is good and coffee good too. Admittedly it does feel like it is missing something - cannot really pinpoint what that is!
