I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of two people. I have to say I was very disappointed. The chips tasted fatty and the steak was not much more than a lump of gristle.......very chewy. The staff were pleasant and service was good. However I would not re visit nor would I recommend to anyone else.

Had dinner here twice over the weekend and it was one of the best meals I've had. The service was fast and friendly and the food and wine was the best I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back again!

I live locally and would go to Embers often. I would usually go in for a coffee and a tray bake or dessert! I have had a few evening meals and each I have had, have been lovely. The early bird menu is also good value for money. Zero complaints!

Had dinner here last Saturday night. I had the Salmon appetizer, and it was good. I love Irish Salmon. Best in the world. The chicken and rib combo for main course was perfect. Good well cooked checked and fall off the bone ribs... fantastic. Chunky chips always do it for me too. The rest of the crew, and there were... More

Mangeress was horrific with customers very nasty and verbally agressive would never be back. Just wish I had read the reviews as seems to be a familiar trait with attitude. NEVER be back again.

I called in today for the first time for lunch, I am a very fussy vegetarian and was really wanting some pasta, a member of staff sat down and really listened to what I wanted and suggested a few different options. When I my food arrived it was presented beautifully and it tasted amazing! I completely devoured it! I was... More

Great lunch. Little wait. Nice staff. Will be back again. I had turkey and ham, it was lovely. The main delight was the caramelised vegetables which were a real treat.

Nice lunch, staff could have been a little more friendly but atmosphere was inviting. Sandwiches were very plentiful.

We dined here sometime ago, the food was dreadful. When we brought it to the owners wifes attention she publically berated the young waitress. We were extremely embarrassed and have never returned,

Just ok would be my opinion...service was very slow, carpets could do with a good clean and only one loo didn't go down too well on a busy Sunday night. Food was reasonable - I got the burger...hard to go wrong perhaps but they were tasty & well presented. Friends got salmon - not impressed at all! Don't think we'll... More
