This restaurant was recommended by the hostess at our B and B. So glad we took her advice. Wonderful meal with great ambiance. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and we enjoyed our visit with the owner. They make sure that you have a perfect dining experience.

Called in here for breakfast while visiting Armagh. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful! We had an Ulster fry each with all the trimmings. Generous portions of high quality food. The restaurant is spacious and decor is lovely too.

Went here one Sunday with hubby and kiddies as it's one of the few local places which open on a Sunday morning...We weren't disappointed...nicely decorated...a relaxing atmosphere...friendly staff. We all went for the cooked breakfast which was perfect...couldn't fault anything in this restaurant....will be back for lunch or dinner sometime soon as I've heard good reports...

Came here with a bunch of friends and the service was amazing! Kudos to the waiters and waitresses. The food was quite nice, the rib starter was really nice and if I remember the name correctly- the garlic potatoes were pretty nice too! I got the surf and turf for mains- it was just like any other steak really. Quite... More

This was my first visit to embers. On arrival there was no staff around the front of the restaurant, so we stood around for a while before we spotted the "please wait here" sign which was not very obvious on entry. We were quickly attended to when we stood in the right area. Nice surroundings and pleasant staff. Our meal... More

Just travelled to Ireland with a base in Armagh. Embers (and owner, John) were the absolute best! They kept all 47 people in our group fed with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every meal had many options and even when he was presented with vegetarians, and gluten free dieters at the last minute, he was quick to come with options for... More

We had dinner here twice while visiting Armagh and both times the food was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. The menu has a very good range of dishes at average prices and it was difficult deciding which one to choose.
