Visited twice over the weekend, Good menu. Friendly staff. Friday visit was very noisy, music and large noisy parties. Food is great

What a loveley old building and we were greeted by a livley Belfast doorman with all the craik - we thought we'd come to the right place to soak up some Belfast atmosphere. It was a bit like biting into a fancy chocolate and realising you go the coffee cream! The bar is impressive, facilities clean and actually my wife... More

It's been a few years since we've been in the Whig. It is a grand old building on Bridge Street. There has been significant work carried out to house a central bar in the middle of the main room. This is ideal during busy times as you can get served 360 degrees. The clientele are a bit young for the... More

Bit pricey steep on drinks £6.95 a cocktail compared to the old £4 happy hour menu and smaller glasses. Place looks great elegent, modern and unusual which i think is fab. Nice atmosphere and great if your in a couple or out with friends.

A lovely old pub with a very good selection of drinks and a great menu. we visited mid-week but it was still very lively and busy. I guess weekends would be even more so. Recommended.

Visited here with a friend on Sunday 10th July, hadn't been since the refurb and had never had food so wasn't sure what to expect but the staff couldn't have been nicer, very friendly and attentive. Food was lovely and the decor and atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely be back!

This city centre bar has recently had a refit and is maybe still getting organised as we found it a bit chaotic. The food was still good value and tasty but the menu was a bit weird rechecked it recently and I think it is back to more tradition lunch grub. Staff were disorganised maybe just teething problems

Popped in here as the ambience looked good, they offered a special value dinner of 2 courses and a glass of wine for around £15 and it was amazing - fresh, original and absolutely delicious. Staff were nice too.

Our gathering was for 10 people and was in the early evening although it did go on for some time. The service and food were excellent. Selections were across the food and drinks menus and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. will certainly go back.
