I have been here a few times. Always for lunch, never been disappointed. Staff are always helpful and well presented. Prices are excellent in my opinion. Parking is easy with a free car park just around the corner. Free wifi available also. We dressed up a bit as we were celebrating but although most were dressed casual, we didn't look... More

Visited with the family, we hadn't booked but got placed at a lovely table on a very busy Good Friday. All our food was lovely, my coffee was just about perfect and the staff were great. We'll definitely come back. Pretty cool spot all round.

We visited Neills Hill to celebrate a big birthday and were not disappointed. A warm welcome without too much intrusion. The service was prompt and very professional. The quality of our food was excellent and I recommend the Sea Bass although the menu is wide ranging. This was not our first visit nor will it be our last. A popular... More

We ate here again April 2017. Saturday Night, the place was full. A really good menu, friendly staff, good service. Despite our table ordering 3 steaks, all being done differently, the food was served in a reasonable amount of time - and delicious. The hummus and flat bread starter was beautiful- as indeed were the sizzling prawns. The steak plates... More

We had been here previously and he food and service was great, but on my second visit , I was told I couldn't have the same thing I had last time as It was a different menu which I understand , the lady then came back to the table and continued to say my little sister couldn't have her waffles... Our daughter wanted to try this restaurant because of the Vegan options offered on the menu. I rang and booked a table for the Sunday night and when we arrived, it was really busy. Good variety on the menu and quite a few choices for our daughter. She asked the waitress her opinion on the vegan options and she was... More

We visited Neills Hill on Mothers Day with family for the Sunday Carvery. We were all very impressed with the food! 3 different types of meat and all were very good! Service was very friendly and atmosphere was lively as the restaurant was very busy! A nice touch giving all the women a small cupcake at the end of the... More

Arrived to a warm welcome and great staff. Starters nice (sizzling prawns delicious). Good buzz in the restaurant. There were 4 of us in the party and we all ordered fish, 2 hake and 2 seabass. The seabass was not as expected. Served on baby boiled potatoes cut in half and mange tout , a few baby prawns with a... More

Just returned from a delicious meal at this restaurant! I remember this space when it was Smyth and Mc Clure a grocery type shop in the 60's and 70's. My grandparents used to shop here! The choice is excellent. My husband had soup for starter while I had hummus and grilled flat bread. Both were lovely. For main I had... More

My family had dinner here last night to celebrate my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. The meal was gorgeous and the manager and waiting -staff really looked after us and were very pleasant and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this venue for a family celebration meal.
