The menu choices are great - lots for vegetarians and lots of gorgeous cakes/ tray bakes. Coffee is excellent too. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Came here after a visit to the botanical gardens. It's very close and a wonderful location with friendly staff and the food is not only very tasty but also really affordable. We had a burrito and the yum bowl and liked it very much. Special recommendation for vegetarians!

A cafe of long standing near Queen's, Common Grounds is a wonderful place for a cup of coffee or a light meal. Friendly and engaging wait staff, a welcoming air, free wifi, a varied clientele, and a generally wonderfully relaxed atmosphere makes this a great place to spend some time.

I am certain that it would be for dinner, too.... I love this place. I always visit, at least once, when I am in Belfast. Breakfast is great. and I also enjoy the hot pot.

In truth this review relates to many visits. The ethos of this establishment and the quality and consistency of their food and their service make this an immediate, first option, when I think of a coffee or a snack or just some quiet 'down time'. A recent review got it spot on when they called it " A cafe with... More

Such a relaxed and unpretentious vibe. I love their heart for the local community of South Belfast and they truly are a hub for events and gatherings. But they also give many opportunities to volunteer for the many asylum seekers in Belfast. They are simply brilliant!

Despite the riotous behaviour nearby on St Patrick's Day the afternoon before, this was a welcome lunch spot with colleagues from Queen's after some hard work that morning. My stew was fab, my colleague loved his salad and Dom loved his vegey pot. Definitely a place to cone to again when I am next in Belfast.

They serve the best scrambled eggs I've had in a long time. They mix in chorizo and serve them with tomato salsa, delicious. Coffee is decent too.

Myself and a friend thought we would try this cafe after reading reviews online. It didn't disappoint. Everything a cafe should be, has a great friendly and Cosy atmosphere. The coffee was decent too and the homemade snickers bar was delicious. Great ethical cause which we only realised when we arrived, this made the experience feel even better! It's tucked... More

Lovely coffee shop to relax in. The staff are extremely friendly and service is great. Coffee is tasty and they also serve a wide range of flavoured teas. The cakes look delicious and I'm sorry I didn't indulge. Their couches are ideal if you want to set up to study or work for the afternoon. Cute little spot to visit.
