Went for brunch here 2 weeks ago. I loved it but thought the service for drinks I.e. juice , tea, coffee etc was a little slow. However our waitress did warn us as we were being seated. So really I can't complain too much!! The food was all cooked to order and was good. The rest of our service was... More

We ate her for dinner & for breakfast...the food was great, the drinks were great. The pepper sauce was amazing, with just enough bite. Probably one of our favorite restaurants while visiting the UK

We called at Georges of the Market today (Sunday) for Brunch. Very busy and staff under pressure. Service understandably was slow (and a little perfunctory). My wife had the Veggie Breakfast (£ 6.75) and really enjoyed it (the eggs were the best she had tasted). I had the "Best of the Market Breakfast" (£ 7.95) and was less satisfied. Both... More

Different days you get different stalls. Was a good day when I went. Friday is Antiques, fish market and songs from local artists. Really good market and you can go upstairs and have a meal or just a drink.

We stopped in for a Sunday brunch and we were not disappointed. The seating on the terrace overlooking St. George's Market is excellent, and allows you to take in the electric atmosphere of the market below. We both ordered the 'Best of the Market Breakfast', an Ulster fry comprised of the best food and produce available from St. George's Market... More

Had a great lunch here today with fantastic seats overlooking the market. I haven't been here in ages usually just eating on the go in the market but so glad we ventured upstairs. I had the chicken skewers they were delicious my friend had the most beautiful fluffy pancakes. The service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Ordered 2 full frys and I had pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Our breakfast arrived shortly before our tea. The sausages were good quality and tasty. Non greasy and looked good on the plate. My 3 pancakes were tasty. Restaurant was busy but waitress was attentive .

Our first night in Belfast we ate dinner at George's on the Market. Our waitress, Frankie, was on day 2 and had a terrific sense of humor as I asked for beer and food recommendations and she was at a loss for words. She dove in with the chicken recommendation. Great choice. Also, my kids had the Irish sirloin and... More
