I have been to the Jharna numerous times over the past 3-4 years, the welcome is always warm. The food is always super quality and hits the spot. The complementary popadoms and nightcap (if your lucky) are a very nice touch. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an indian in Belfast.

Had a lovely meal here, the portions were generous and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the promotional free bottle of wine especially! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would defintely recommend!

I returned for lunch as I was in the area and had a very pleasant meal indeed. In had noticed that the priced had increased slightly but at £6.95 for two decent sized portions you would be happy to pay it. On the day it wasn't too busy but as it was quite a warm day I would say that... More

Have had numerous meals in the Jharna, never disappointed. My particular favourite is the chicken dhansak, absolutely wonderful. Nice setting up above the busy Lisburn Road with a clean and comfortable interior. They do take away also!

I dont usually review bad but got Jalfrezi Jharna sytle,no heat very little flavour and the chicken had hard chewy texture which wasnt very pleasant and to top it off it stayed in my belly for 30mins then it went down the loo(boke).First time visiting this place and it will be my last. Thanks but no thanks to all those... More

My daughter and I visited this restaurant and ordered from the early bird menu. Two courses for £12.95.Excellent service and value. Good choices for starters and mains. Friendly staff and very attentive. A lovely evening meal.

I really enjoyed the food here. Effort was put into presentation and the quality of each dish. There were plenty of staff to hand and the restaurant itself was clean and well presented. There was a more formal feel to this restaurant however the decor is a little dated. I would visit again.
