Went here on recommendation and it delivered. My slight gripe is there were loads of tables free but they said only seating left was at the kitchen high chairs. Did give us a chance to look in to the kitchen and see the craft put in to the food. The food was absolutely excellent and very reasonably priced. My clothes... More

Fantastic wee place from start to finish! We hadn't booked but were lucky enough to get a table straight away, before the restaurant filled up with pre-bookings. The service was very quick and the staff friendly and pleasant. We had starters and mains, a bottle of wine, coffees and a cognac, all in under £75. Well worth the money...the lemon... More

Love eating in Ginger. The food was delicious and staff pleasant. And I loved the wine. I can't wait to get another visit to this restaurant.

We called in on spec one weekday for a late lunch near the end of service so the restaurant wasn't particularly busy but staff were still very professional and helpful. We were shown about three different menus( to be honest all this information was slightly confusing) but eventually chose fish dishes which were both delicious. The restaurant has the feel... More

This was our first visit to Ginger. A lovely welcome from staff. The food was excellent- 'tho I'm not sure I would order the Veggie sausage roll again-a little too sweet. However the other options on the menu were enough to ensure my return 😊. I realise this is a small restaurant- but we did find the seating a little... More

We loved this place. Not only does chef come up with some fabulous flavor complements but everything is presented with the delicacy and care of a passionate kitchen. Added to that front of house staff are attentive, happy and efficient. This place deserves tons of success. Especially greatful for staff's recognition of how a young child's pasta does not have... Ginger is one of my all time favourite restaurants. It's been there for years and we love to go on special occasions . The food here is wonderful and a great choice on the menu. They always come up with something different and interesting.

Its a few years since we've eaten in Ginger so thought it was about time for another visit. I'm delighted to say it was every bit as good as we remembered. We had a choice of 3 menus - Pre Theatre, A la carte & Summer set menu. I ordered of the Summer menu while my husband went for the... More

The food was nice overall but not justifiable for the cost. I think we had high expectations eating here as its trip advisers number 1 place to eat in Belfast. However, in our opinion there are nicer places to eat that are more reasonably priced. Service could be better, when welcomed the waitress made very little eye contact and was... More
