Had a great day with grandchildren at the Dragon's Xmas lunch with Santa. Staff were very warm and friendly, especially overseas staff. So polite and helpful. Maitre d' and his assistant were amazing. Food was lovely. Ten out of ten. Excellent !

Called in to the Piano Bar on Tuesday evening. We experienced very friendly service, the food was of a very good standard and I look forward to going back there in December when we are going to stay.
