This place serves great, flavourful Indian food. We had the restaurant to ourselves, and the service was really good. It is expensive by local standards. That said, the food was really good.

We went for birthday dinner . Staff was not friendly . Food was delicious . We had to leave early so we asked to pack the food to take away .two curries were packed in one container with bread on top. We opened food to finish after coming back home and had to throw it away because how it was... More

Decided on this one and not disappointed. Service was good, the price was right and the choices we had were really tasty. Enjoyed the Balta beer as well I might add. Overall a pleasant dining experience in the heart of Cardiff centre.

We truly enjoyed our dining experience, from the moment we entered to the very last bite. It was an epicurean delight. The delicious aromas drew us in, the staff, friendly and helpful, anticipated our every need. The menu was varied and the explanations helpful. Our dining experience was exquisite - from the clove on our napkin to the perfectly spiced... More

Starters were hot and fresh but markedly lacking in flavour. Mains were quite unremarkable. Service was efficient but lacked charm - there seemed to be some sort of tension in the air as we arrived - the smiles came out briefly when we left.

These guys did a fantastic job (after we were let down by another establishment in the area) accommodating 9 of us on a busy Saturday night in the capital. Thank you, lovely food and a lovely place - I'm a fan of juboraj in rhiwbina usually, and this was my first time here, I will be back!

The waiters were welcoming, polite and efficient but the food is nothing special. We had the set meal (£45 for two) and a nice reasonably priced bottle of Argentinian Malbec wine. Nothing was particularly bad but nothing was really remarkable either.

The menu was expensive and the food lacked flavour. I'd much rather go to Mirchi on City Road, it tastes much better, it's higher quality and half the price.

At the heart of Cardiff’s thriving Cafe Quarter lies the stylish Juboraj – the city centers best loved Indian restaurant. The Café Quarter and Hayes areas of Cardiff Centre have undergone a phenomenal multi-million pound transformation over the past few years. Mill Lane itself has been completely renovated and is now home to a multitude of high quality restaurants catering to every palate. There is no doubt that when it comes to eating out this is the place to be. The carefully crafted interior is contemporary as is fitting for its city centre location but maintains, through the use of original art blended with traditional colour scheme and fittings, a truly authentic ‘Indian’ restaurant atmosphere. A fresh approach to customer service, contemporary and traditional dishes made using ingredients of the highest quality and extensive wine list all add up to an experience you’ll want to repeat time and again. The Juboraj Guarantee ensures that only the highest quality New Zealand lamb and Welsh beef, and the finest 100% fresh chicken breast and freshest seafood available, is used in their dishes. With a warm welcome and friendly attentive staff you can be sure that time spent at a Juboraj, whether it be a light lunch, a pre-theatre bite or a candlelit evening meal, will be time well spent.
