Last month we visited the resturant for a birthday that was completely ruined by the manager who shauted at the children from behind the bar in a rather unprofessional manner he knew that the children were with us and instead of approaching us he shouted rather loudly and aggressively at the children from behind the bar. The children were playing... More

Been there once or twice. Can't say I have enjoyed the food. It's never been that warm and the veg. is always taste stewed. I like to see children having a good time but you can't get away from them. They are let lose and running around shouting and screaming. The parents don't care about others out for a meal... More

If you're after cheap grub with good transport links and a Premier Inn next door then here's fine. But the carpets are grubby, high chairs not properly wiped clean after use, customer service isn't great, and some staff look and sound like they don't want to be working there. Premier Inn breakfasts are fairly standard UK-wide so great.

Food was cold, had to have it changed. Not the best quality. Staff friendly enough, but slow service. For the food thought it was expensive with drinks and childrens food.

Had breakfast here after staying next door at the premier inn! Very good hot food cooked to order the continental selection seemed fresher than some I've been too that was good too! If I have one observation it would be that the eggs were slightly undercooked but overall very good and served by a friendly waitress!

Crummy appearance, well in need of demolition and rebuild. Service slow, with more bodies behind the bar doing nothing rather than serving. Food with missing parts of meals "Oh we've run out of those", "so why weren't we told when we ordered?" followed by a Homer reply of "doh". Desert took 30 mins to arrive and being ice cream didn't... We ate here two days in a row. The first was not too bad, usual service and quality. But today we were very disappointed, my wife ordered the vegetable lasagne, that in itself was ok but the garlic bread had obviously been grilled on a grill that was covered in meat fat. It smelt and tasted of burnt beef!! Not... More

Used to visit here as a child with my parents, loved it. Read some bad reviews so was a bit hesitant to going back after so many years but my daughter wanted to go and she adored the new play area! Food was very reasonably priced, two starters for £2.50 two mains for £10.99. Three of us ate for £30... More
