What a character Devon is, chats to everyone, friendly and lovely atmosphere. I'm going to have the goat curry next time.

Lovely food here and both Julie and Devon always make you feel welcome. There is a good variety to choose from and I have had quite a lot. The breakfast is particularly good value and is cooked freshly as you sit there so is always excellent.

I was in town and in need for some sustenance. I am fed up of Costa / Starbucks chains and spotted Bauhaus. Looked good as I peeped through window and even more impressive when inside. Clean, upbeat atmosphere from the staff and interesting menu (especially for Bridgend). I had the full cooked and chilled on the sofa with a book... More

Goat Curry, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and other authentic dishes available at reasonable prices, served with a West Indian flourish. One of my favaourites is the Bacon and Mushroom Bap, consistently delicious, eat with a knife and fork, it's a meal in itself

What a lovely friendly place. I only had coffee, but I was treated as if I ordered the most expensive item on the menu.

Stopped off for an impromptu lunch and can't speak highly enough of the food. All cooked fresh on the premises. Lasagne was perfect and the goat curry just amazing. Staff exceptionally friendly and the owner came to chat and check everything was OK. Will definitely visit again.
