Went on Saturday night for tea and the carver cut scraps of beef. I was then given the smallest Yorkshire pudding ever and had to ask for a different one. The carver grunted and then swapped. I did not want to make a fuss about the beef, but my partner and I were embarrassed. When my partner asked for beef... More

No fried eggs available only scrambled, the sausages were mostly pale, the 2 I did get with a bit of brown on were slimy ( meaning not the freshest ) bacon was ok, beans ok Not the same without a runny egg.... Been here a few times while visiting b&q ect, food not bad but the only thing that quite annoys me is while you are queing up for food is, people in front of you often cough and talk all over the food about to be served, while i am waiting I'm praying nobody sneezes or coughs, while you can have as... Our youngest son took us for a meal here a few months ago and we've been back a few times since. The food is delicious and cooked well, the staff are friendly and polite and the restaurant is clean and tidy. It's suitable for everyone from individuals couples of all ages to families. The downside of this restaurant is the... More

Popped in whilst waiting for car to be serviced, warmly greeted and breakfasr service clearly explained. Although there is an invitation to "fill your boots"there is only so many sausages I can eat, even though they were beautifully cooked and very flavoursome. For value for money, this place takes some beating, and even though it seems quite busy, there always... More

Visited on Sunday and have never seen it so busy! 40 minute wait for a table but it was worth it. Excellent Carvery - meat well cooked, beef tender and not too chewy and pork tasty also. Good variety of veg as always - carrots, peas, cauliflower cheese, mash and roast potatoes etc Service was absolutely awful though - lazy,... More

Staff always friendly and the food is always tasty. Booked for Sunday lunch and the place was very busy. Got there and the staff got us a table straight away and ordered our drink and then queued for our food, two staff members serving we had our food and sat at the table, very efficient. Will be going back.

Thank Lindsey W

Welcome to the Toby Carvery Bridgend. When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings – including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely little crunchy bits, and plenty of freshly prepared veg, all crowned with proper gravy. So it's no wonder we're Bridgend’s favourite carvery restaurant. Drop by and you'll find lots more on offer, including cooked breakfasts and tasty specials.
