We left it a bit late to book a Sunday lunch and was told this place had improved a lot since our last visit. We went, we left and won't return. The food was cold and tasteless and not cheap. We paid £30 for 2 lunches 2 desserts and 2 drinks i could have gone to a decent restaurant for... More

Visited the Toby carvery in Bridgend with my mum. It was a pleasant experience although the table by the door was a little cold due to air con. The waitress came promptly and we ordered drinks before going to the carvery table for our meal. The carvery was tasty although the Yorkshire puddings were a bit in the hard shade... More

Only went the once but will never return, Very poor quality food and though you can help yourself to the veg, the portions of meat are minute. The food is sub standard and service a joke.

Visited for Sunday lunch with the family. Very busy but we were seated straight away unlike other carveries. Food was lovely. Great selection of meat and vegetables. Clean environment. Cheap and cheerful. Will return.

The food is gross !!! Everything is always over cooked. Walking from the counter to the tables You can feel your shoes sticking to the carpets from years of trodden in gravy slop.

We have dined here many times, but the past few times has been a bit of a let down. The meat is always great quality and you get a lot for your money! Unfortunately the veg wasn't up to usual standard. The broccoli wasn't just steamed, it was raw! The other vegetables were either rock hard or cold :( Also,... More

Description
Welcome to the Toby Carvery Bridgend. When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings – including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely little crunchy bits, and plenty of freshly prepared veg, all crowned with proper gravy. So it's no wonder we're Bridgend’s favourite carvery restaurant. Drop by and you'll find lots more on offer, including cooked breakfasts and tasty specials.
