Visited the three horseshoes again over the Easter weekend, four fantastic meals, homemade chicken curry x2, steak and chips & lemon sole all beautiful cooked, excellent service, really love this place and all the more special because you can take dogs. Can wait to visit again the next time we are staying in the nearby caravan park.

We found this pub by chance as it's close to a campsite about a mile south of Brecon and just off the canal. The menu had a great choice of fine dining and pub food including fish and veggie options as well as local meat (venison, lamb etc). The quality of the food we were served surpassed our expectations and... More

Good direction to the Inn from their website. We had the rump of lamb and sea bass for main courses. The lamb is the best and very tender with squash purée and beetroot. Pinna cotta and pistachios cake dessert are just divine. Service is excellent. Food here is just a cut above the rest!

Really fresh, well cooked and beautifully presented food. Thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday roasts. Lovely friendly staff. If I lived closer by I would be here all the time! Yum!

There we were walking out near the Brecon Beacons and a drink was in order. Stumbled across the 3 Horseshoe pub. Good selection of ales on tap, great atmosphere and what looked like an excellent food menu, albeit we didn't eat as it was mid afternoon. How can these places survive? It must be on their covers from the nearby... More

Lovely pub/restaurant with excellent tasty food, well presented! The venison was amazing and the key lime pie to die for (very generous portion) which I love to see when it comes to desert😋 friendly polite and helpful staff ... will definitely be returning!

Had a day out in Brecon and as usual looked on tripadvisor for advise on where to eat, The Threehorseshoes had good reviews so we thought give it a go and very glad we did. Not actually in Brecon but in the nearby hamlet of Grossfford, easy to get to off the A40. There were two set menus one of... More

I really don't want to write this review as I want to keep this gem of a place a secret! I've visited the restaurant/pub many times and never once been disappointed. I love the informal atmosphere paired with the most amazing food at reasonable prices. What's not to love!
