great carvery

Very friendly staff, very very tasty carvery, must be one of the best carveries I've had. The place is very warm and cozy. We will be coming back again that's for sure. If I had any points of improvement is that the plates are either bigger or that you could go up and have more veg and the second... read more

Came here today with my family, and it was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday afternoon, as people had told me to expect it to be full. We all had the carvery, which for £6.95 (adult) £5.85 (child) was good value! The carvery itself was lovely, we got to choose from three meats, I choose the beef, which was a bit... More

Have driven past for years and not been in....not the prettiest pub from the outside but car park always full. Went in for the category Sunday lunch. It was very surprisingly delicious. Nice veggie lasagne for the veggie option for me and husband and kids all has a roast dinner. Very reasonable and good home cooked, albeit simple food.

We visited the Bull on a Sunday for a family birthday meet up, with a bit of a drive to undertake we set off nice and early and got there just before 12 noon, I thought we'd be too early to go in but I was pleasantly surprised to find people already seated with plates piled with food. The pub... More

I've eaten at this pub many times with family and friends and the food is always good. The carvery is always a must and even caters for veggies with a nut roast, separate veg gravy and roast potatoes that aren't cooked in goose fat. Always come away feeling very full!! Good value for money. Nice ordinary pub . Would definately recommend... More

Visited the bull Inn today to get a carvery with the family. Carpark was pretty empty and only a handful of people in the pub. Paid for the carvery at the bar and went to sit down with the drinks. Went to queue for the food and nobody came to serve us at all. This actually gave us time to... More

I visited today with my family and we all enjoyed a wonderful carvery. The food was delicious and was very well presented. The atmosphere in the busy pub was warm, cosy and welcoming. We certainly will be visiting again for another superb carvery.

I have wanted to go for a carvery to the Bull in Pentraeth for years, and this Sunday when my sister visited from Denbigh, I finally had an excuse to go. The carvery was absolutely lovely and the staff were attentive and nice. My five year old daughter had an accident with her carvery plate but the carvery staff sorted... More
