This restaurant is exactly as it says, right on the harbour front. The menu is pretty extensive for such a small place, and how the chef manages in that tiny kitchen I will never know. Everything is very fresh and cooked beautifully and has, or always seems to have plenty of fish on the menu. Not a huge number of... More

Arrived on time with friends to a birthday celebration evening meal on a Saturday night . Bit of a hiccup on their part with our booking but they soon remedied this by setting up a table for the four of us in the museum in front of the harbours panoramic floor to ceiling window , great placing it was like... We visited here in July 2016 as a family and quite enjoyed the offerings. My son had a lovely cheese and ham sandwich with lovely thick ham, my daughter and I had a cajun chicken burger (could have been a bit spicier for me but it was quite nice) my husband had the hake main which he enjoyed. The views... More

I booked here for a graduation meal and was dreading announcing that one of our party were vegan. Many restaurants scorn vegans, and believe they have to move mountains to accommodate us. Not here! I was invited to call next morning to discuss options with the chef. He was more than helpful and suggested ways to adapt the house vegetarian... More

The quality and size of portions were excellent and the food excellent from the gourmet burgers to the fish options all with... More

We visited the Harbourfront Bistro for lunch today. The location is stunning with a beautiful view of the harbour. We had our 9 month year old son with us and the staff were absolutely brilliant. They were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The food is stunning! I would highly recommend going for a fish dish. The attention... More

Well situation and picturesque, staff friendly and busy place at lunch. However the food let it down. light snack of Scallops, spicy hummus, pickled cucumber for £9.00 3 very small queen scallops?? The Crab with sourdough toast, aïoli was a little better but the aioli had very little garlic edge to it and there were 3 crab shell slithers in... More

Travelling to Ireland we stopped overnight in Holyhead. After a bit of research we opted to go to the Harbourfront. We were delighted with the meal, service and cost and would most certainly go there again.

Dined here on a Saturday evening. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The food was very good - great view over the water helped all the more by a beautiful sunny evening as the sun set for the day
