Came for food on a Tuesday evening. Had the option of ordering at the bar or waiter service. We may as well have chosen the former as the waiter service was almost nonexistent. We were ignored for most of our 90 minute stay. The food actually arrived pretty quickly and was good. But we had to attract someone's attention to... More

I came in the other week looking for something quick to eat! I had never tried dining in the mulberry! A young waitress named Beth served me who was very polite and patient! She was very helpful with my order and gave great service! I highly recommend the Mulberry!

I came here on Friday with my Dad, as I had been wanting to try the Mulberry for some time now. However, after deciding to read the reviews the night before I was almost put off coming, due to dire comments on the food and staff, but thought I would see for my self regardless. I am glad that I... More

Quite simply, this place is in a prime location, looks great etc... but it is terribly managed! Myself and my partner went there for a couple of drinks on Saturday 25/03, the bar probably had about 10 people standing by it... and we waited just over 15minutes just to get a drink. I had to ask one of the members... More

We have been here both for drinks and food before and each time we have been i would probably agree with previous comments that the service was a bit slow and i would have recommended training, especially for the bar staff. However today, what a completely different experience. We arrived with our 3 dogs in tow, found a place outside... More

Excellent outlook with views of the marina. So much better service than last visit a few months ago. Much friendlier approachable staff. The sun shining helped immensely.

After hearing about the revamp and keen to find a decent 'local' place, we visited with high hopes that were immediately dashed. The seating might look nice, but is terribly uncomfortable. We asked for a pint of orange juice and lemonade and got a squash and lemonade. I ordered the fish burger which was dry and tasteless and I suspect... More

Went with 12 friends for a birthday meal, despite ordering the food before hand it took ages for the food to arrive. The pizza was like plastic and the sticky toffee pudding was cold! Who ever serves sticky toffee pudding cold. No one checked to see if we were happy with the food throughout the meal, won't be going back... More

Description
With its imposing castle and extensive town walls, Conwy boasts some of the finest military architecture in Europe. The castle and the town it dramatically overlooks both date from the late 13th century, and were laid out on the orders of King Edward I following his victory over the Welsh Prince Llywelyn ap Gruffudd. Conwy Castle was one of a chain of fortresses built to secure the English King's hold on North Wales, and was completed in just five years under the supervision of Edward's master Mason, James of St George. Fast-forward hundreds of years and Conwy still remains one of the most spectacular towns in North Wales with history around every corner. Whatever the occasion, we promise to make it one that you and your guests will remember for many years to come. With a full banquet menu along with a tailored one-to-one service to your tastes and budget, The Mulberry is perfect venue for weddings, civil partnerships, christenings, birthdays and wakes.
