The food in this little cafe is just first class. We live nearby and a few months ago dropped in for some lunch and were so impressed by the quality of the home cooked menu that we now go there at least once a week. They also have an excellent selection of dessert options and a very impressive medieval fireplace... More

Popped into the Cwtch Cafe twice during our short stay near Abergavenny. It has a lovely warm atmosphere, with friendly staff and most importantly a huge range of homemade cakes. Makes such a change from the usual high street coffee chains.

Didn't have to think twice about our lunch stop as we had enjoyed our first visit to this cosy café back in February. Even ordered the same - coffee and poached eggs on toast! Same efficient and friendly service plus tasty food. Free wifi too. Didn't get around to the cakes again so there's the reason to return.

Hungry and on the hunt for a snack, we luckily walked past here and found it really cute and very inviting. Warm welcome & friendly staff. Accommodating with my need for a soup and half a Welsh rarebit. Really tasty home made food...with a nice cup of tea and chocolate cherry cake to finish off. Shame we don't live closer!

Good coffee and scrumptious cakes. A small but friendly coffee shop which offered a warm welcome as you approached the main part of the town.
