Quick drop in before a meeting for a cuppa & a cream tea. Very nice, even packed the fruit cake for me to eat later. Immaculately clean & friendly staff. Great selection of home made ice creams, will try them the next time!

After visiting the castle we stopped after seeing the ice cream shop. I decided on a mango and passion fruit ice cream that was creamy and delicious. My husband had a raspberry flavoured ice cream with an edible poppy. Each sale of this ice cream the shop made a donation to the poppy appeal. Definitely would go back as the... More

Fabulous small ice cream cafe with very friendly staff with some of the best ice cream in the land. Tastes quality and clearly homemade. Inexpensive also. Good for families on a budget. Small seating area, busy at peak times.

Came to Caernarfon for a long weekend and saw this wild claim that this was the best ice cream in Wales. So we decided to give it a try. Despite the venue being small, a lot of people are able to fit inside, the process did feel slightly cramped. But I was only getting a take away ice cream. I... More

Lovely people here, cosy and homely, there are special, safe and stable children's character cups that you can buy and have their ice cream served in. We always call in here, its nice to sit outside on the pavement on a sunny day as you're right by the castle. The rum and raisin ice cream is lovely, I recommend it!

Visited this cafe late afternoon when most other small cafes in Caernarfon were closing for the day. Palas Caffi was busy. There was a nice welcome and homely atmosphere inside. The cakes looked delicious but we had ice cream which is made daily on premises. Only problem was choosing which ice cream to have. I had the Baileys one which... More

Wonderful ice cream parlor just across the street from Caernarfon Castle. Delicious ice cream, sundaes, shakes, banana splits. Very nice employees.
