It's such a shame we only stumbled upon this gem end route to Pembrokeshire as other such cafes were non existent before Haverfordwest West. We only had coffee, but wished we were hungry at the time. The baking & lunches being served looked delicious, with home made Bara Brith loaves for sale to take away. The decor of the café... More

I visited with my Mum & one year old little boy for lunch. The menu is quite large with lots of different & interesting things to try. We both had quiche & salad from the salad bar. It was very tasty! The options on the salad bar were really nice, about 8 different things to choose from, including cous cous,... More

Often visit Pennau. The food is superb, whether it be a sandwich or a cake. They always aim to please their customers, which is why it's difficult to get in there at lunchtimes sometimes. Also, the gift shop has such lovely items for sale, it's hard to resist.

We were on our way to North Wales for the weekend and needed a break, and this ticked all the boxes. Plenty of parking and a great welcome from a young lady called Alison who was more than helpful and funny. A good selection of light meals and drinks. In fact it was that good we stopped on the way... More

Visited for lunch whilst on holiday in borth. We both opted for baked potato but there was plenty of choice on the menu and the self serve salad looked delicious. Staff were very friendly. The gift shop is quite nice too and not badly priced. We would come here again if we are in the area.

Over the years we have visited here we have never been disappointed. The food is all fresh and prepared to order. This is not fast food but well worth the weight. The staff have always been helpful and friendly and will mix and match if there is a particular ingredient you don't like. Baked potato with ham and apple is... More

The bathroom is lovely on every level, as are the staff, as is the coffee and the food. It's a lovely, cosy, relaxing experience. And you even get a flower pattern on your cappuccino if you ask!
