Our hotel wasn't serving on a Saturday so they booked us into this place. Tanks goodness this place was a real find. really good food, friendly service. All the ingredients are locally sourced and really good quality. those ingredients are treated well and with some degree of flare and originality. A must if you are in the area.

Came here with the family for Sunday lunch. The pub is in lovely quiet village not far from Aberystwyth . The pub it self is light and airy with a relaxed feel and very clean. The food is delicious and portion sizes are more than sufficient. I had the bread, olives, olive oil and balsamic viniger. My only grumble is... More

Went here on recommendation of our B&B, were not disappointed. Good food, good service. We had to book so take note it can get busy.

This restaurant is located in a tiny village in the middle of the stunning Ceredigion countryside. The restaurant is very nicely laid out. The server was very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The menus looked good and my wife had a beautiful meal. My meal of trout, however, was slightly over cooked, dry and rather tasteless. The restaurant insisted on taking... More

You'll never stumble across this place unless you're staying within half a mile of it, and it's not even easy to get to, subtle track roads being the only way I could find. But make the effort, it's will worth it. Book for Saturday, and maybe Friday. They're closed Sunday and Monday evening. The scotch eggs are fantastic, and the... More

we were staying in the area for a couple of nights and found this on tripadvisor. It is a lovevly pub in tiny, but beautiful village in the middle of nowhere, The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The chef adds to flair to the traditional favourites. There was good use of local ingredients.

I moved to a village with a pub which promptly closed. Even when it was open, it was reasonable beer but poor food. I'm *so* jealous of the residents of Llanfihangel. And I'm full of respect for the owners - to buy a pub in a location like this where there's not much "passing trade" seems brave. But it seems... More

We were on holiday in the area and it was my wife's birthday. My son in law found Y Farmers and it was wonderful. Situated in the little village of Llanfihangel y Creuddyn which is about 7 miles from Aberystwyth, this little gem served a delicious meal of lamb with roast potatoes, carrots, broccolli, cauliflower and parsnips. I just had... More
