Ate here last night...we booked our table only a couple of hrs before and the owner/chef was very accommodating! The food was exceptional as was the service and atmosphere! I had humus to start (served with delicious olives) with toasted pitta and a fish tajine and my partner had garlic mushrooms to start and a beef tajine as main...we were... More

What a delight to find this beautifully-decorated North African restaurant in Aberystwyth! The manager and his staff were all smiles, and the food was amazing. Even the starter king prawns came in a mini tagine! We followed with a lamb and beef tagine, both of which were hearty, delicious and distinctly different in flavour. Be sure to take your own... . . . that there's an excellent Moroccan restaurant in the heart of this lovely university town and coastal resort in mid-Wales. It is stylishly furnished and offers a limited range of dishes, well-prepared and presented in beautiful crockery. Having arrived near closing time, we simply opted for the two specials of the day, fish and beef tagine, forgoing starters... More

From first glance at the outside I wouldn't have considered going in were out not for the excellent TripAdvisor reviews. But I'd already booked, so found the location and went in. Very well decorated, friendly helpful staff, small selection on the menu but enough to suit most tastes. No alcohol sold, but you can take your own. They do sell... More

Generous portions of delicious food in a beautiful little restaurant. The steak and fish tagine were cooked to perfection. Service was excellent and the chef went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself is draped in beautiful decorations, immersing you in an authentic Moroccan experience. Will be back again soon.

Arrived at Casablanca with our bottle if wine. Greeted by the proprietor who seated us cheerfully. Had delicious starters of Burack and Champignons a l'ail, followed by a lamb tagine and kofta kebabs. Both delicious. I had a Baklava for dessert which was very tasty. Overall a great dining experience.

Le Casablanca has great, homemade fresh mediterranean cuisine which has never disappointed us in the years we have had meals there. We have have lovely, tasty, and unfussy North African couscous there, as well as Tagines, lovely vegetarian meals as well. You can bring your own wine, so this also makes the evening quite reasonably priced. Jo, the owner and chef, is always attentive to details and makes sure you are happy and having a good time. This personal touch adds to the homely, relaxed atmosphere which has made us go back again and again over the years. You'll eat very well, you'll be welcome, and you will feel that you've had a relaxing time with friendly people around you! Highly recommended.
