Having been a vegetarian for nearly 15 years, it still amazes me how little restaurants have on the menu for us. This place is heaven! Everything vegetarian, no more looking at the menu and rolling my eyes because the only thing to eat is a veggie burger. Thank you karmic cafe, you are a god send! xx

Stopped in for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Meals were great and very filling. Kids cheese toasties were generously filled (great as our youngest needs extra calories) and adult portions were perfect (falafel pitta and Karmic burger) - delicious and filling. Coffee and tea was really good. Prices were about right. Staff were excellent and helpful. Definitely a first choice for... More

Regularly come here when in town and never disappointed. The omelette is fantastic, the staff and service is great. Caters for vegetarians, vegan and gluten free. Be aware that it only takes cash - no debit/credit cards but it's worth visiting. Calm, peaceful and comfortable

Upstairs in the market hall in the Shambles. Excellent vegetarian menu all in the Greek style. Large window means you can sit and watch the people go by below outside. I enjoyed the Greek style omelette, freshly cooked. Highly recommended.

I've dined at the Karmic many times and always loved the food. This cafe caters for both vegetarians and vegans with plentiful options. I have not been disappointed and find the food to be of especially good value. I have experienced friendly and not-so-friendly service, but the most recent being friendly! :) Always appreciative of vegan options so will always... More

My mum and I popped in to get a couple of coffees and a vegan milkshake (lush, by the way). The café is lovely in itself, a nice atmosphere and is meat-free! Yay! My mum and I sat by the window, it is a great spot for people-watching! It is above street level so we spent a while watching the... More

Two things to be aware of, 1. Vegitarian 2. Cash only, no cards. But do not let this put you off. The value is very good, food is very flavoursome and nicely cooked. Do try the omlettes and chips. I have read comments about the owner being a bit grumpy, but we did not find this to be the case..... More

When not with my daughters this is my cafe of choice, when shopping in Worcester. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful, the service is good - waiting staff know the menu and are able to make excellent recommendations and the food is very tasty. I have eaten in here with friends but have felt just as comfortable eating alone. The food... More

When we booked a short break in Worcestershire, we decided we would spend one day visiting the historic sights of Worcester and would therefore need to find somewhere for lunch. An online search introduced us to the Karmic Cafe, right in the city centre. We both fancied the “Greek Ploughman’s Lunch”, which consists of either grilled halloumi or falafels, accompanied...
