I've visited the Worcester and Malvern branches of Mac and Jack's on a couple of occasions each. On all four visits the food was enjoyable, the service faultless, and I'd argue that it does the best coffee in town. Might not suit people with more Saxon tastes in food but I've visited alone and with company and never heard a... More

My friends and I met her for a late lunch on Saturday afternoon. We were seated at a lovely large table which was clean and nicely presented. The service was excellent- friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The good was all fresh and delicious. I went for the warm bacon and brie tart -it was amazing! Great value for money.... I arrived early on quite a warm day with my young baby & had just stopped outside to look at tables available there when one of the waitresses came straight out and asked if I would prefer to sit inside. The doors were only half open but... More

Popped in here for a late lunch food was great, service was attentive and the prices just right, not busy but that suited us due to it being a late lunch and it was so hot

Sat outside admiring the elegant gate next door and enjoyed great, fresh, innovative food. The interior was so pretty, lovely floor and clean lines. Toilets sparkling without even a finger print on the mirrored Surfaces! Huge variety of teas and, of course,Malvern water. Best of all, 30 day matured Parkin. What a treat. May be the highlight of my trip.... More

Stopped by on our tour through Worcester, and had a wonderful lunch; crispy duck salad, and a specially prepared gluten-free and onion free crayfish cocktail salad - extremely friendly and sevice-minded staff. Highest recommendation for a visit!
