We went looking for this place after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. On arrival there were no tables available but we asked if we could come back and they took our number to phone when there was an available table. I am so glad we went back the food was delicious! I had the Buddha... More

Luckily our friend who lives in Worcester had visited here before. We came for late lunch. Really enjoyed the food, even if the choice was somewhat limited. Helpful and friendly staff. We chose their dish of the day, and were pleasantly surprised, although the amount of greenery in the salad was a bit over the top. Great sweets and coffee.... More

Fantastic home made food! Catered for my vegetarian mother and I'm a vegan- really impressed. The tomato/peanut/coconut milk soup was heavenly and the portion size was double what you might be served somewhere else! Will be returning.

Locally sourced homemade style great quality food. Best coffee I've ever had! Service with a smile. Lovely quirky cafe above the deli. The deli you cannot leave empty handed, selection of chocolates, homemade cakes and savouries.

This is my new favourite escape when I'm working from home. It's also a great place for the family or for an intimate meeting. I was drawn in by the homemade cakes. I was seduced by the coffee. It's brilliant. Not bitter, just rich, well-brewed and good enough on its own or with food. Mac & Jacs also make great... More

Great place for lunch! Lovely home-made food including hearty soup, savoury tarts, pate, sandwiches. Followed by super deserts that are also home-made. All at reasonable prices. Looking forward to our next visit already!!!

Went in for a coffee break. Very friendly staff and wonderful coffee . The menu was small but good. Ambience very nice , a bistro flair with American accent.

What a joy real feel good food. The two of us shared 3 starters crispy duck salad, figs and goats cheese, and vegetarian mezzo followed by a hot chocolate cost about £25 so not cheap but worth every penny. Fresh, tasty a burst of flavour food for the soul. Very friendly staff.

I've had a few takeaway sandwiches from Mac & Jac's but this is the first time I had been upstairs to the cafe. I went in for lunch with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service. The menu is pretty substantial considering they are 'only' a cafe and the portions are very generous. If you're looking... More

Day time only cafe/deli but the menu is more like a restaurant. Very good food and very friendly, attentive staff. You enter through the deli and go upstairs to the "cafe" which has more choices than many small restaurants. Based in a quirky heritage building it has it's own charm. The food was served in good time and well presented.... More
