Having lived in Malvern for many years we made our first visit to eat in L'Amuse Bouche. for a special anniversary. This was true fine dining, without the stuffiness often associated with the term. We were greeted at the front door by Hector, the resident Airedale, and one of the friendly staff, and immediately put at our ease. aperitfs in... More

Several months earlier, I had tried to book a room at the Cotford Hotel for the weekend of the Land-Rover show and two emails were not answered. I must admit that I was still fuming about this, but didn't want this to spoil a good dinner in Great Malvern. We arrived at L’Amuse Bouche and were ushered into a lounge... More

Thank you for dining with us. So sorry that you felt aggrieved with us. We would never have ignored or failed to respond to an e-mail as that is not very good business sense ! Having looked at your other reviews about Malvern, I guess we were always on a losing wicket " an English term". Perhaps if you visited... More

My wife and I together with two friends dined in this stunning restaurant on three consecutive evenings recently. The food was even better than we had ever anticipated having already read reports. The accompanying service was equally impressive, nothing was too much trouble. One night my wife was not feeling too well and chef went out earlier in the day... More

Booked Sunday lunch. Greeted by owner and pre drinks. Excellent roast beef and enormous individual Yorkshire Puddings. Beef Cooke to our liking. Oh and the starters were a work of art, look too good to eat! Needed a break for pudding, which for me was an excellent Creme brûlée - nearly as good as you would get in France. Also... More

I don't like to use the word fantastic, as it's used far too often. But I can say without hesitation that we can use it without hesitation when describing our experience. The Hotel/ Grounds are pristine, with an acute eye for detail ever present. Greeted on arrival, and taken for pre dinner drinks. If you can just imagine that its... More

My second visit with friends and not disappointed in any way. It's a lovely, comfortable place to experience fine dining. The staff are very friendly and extremely professional (they made me feel very special as it was my birthday) the food is very well cooked, presented, served hot, there is also a list of their suppliers on the menu which... We dined in L'amuse Bouche for both Breakfast and Dinner on a recent visit to Malvern. Food, service and ambience were excellent. Food was well presented and of the highest quality, the two Rossette's awarded by the AA doesn't do it justice. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.

The restaurant in aimed primarily at classical dining with an emphasis towards locally sourced products where possible and then artistically composed within the menu by a profesional team of chefs to offer a dining experience! Service is just as important as is the ambiance and attention is applied across the board to ensure that your experience of dining here is a pleasant one. The restaurant is set within the Gothic Victorian Cotford Hotel and has been recently refurbished to bring it up to date , yet retaining a quaint touch of the Victorian era. Recently awarded its 2nd AA rosette for culinary excellence , the future is to continue along the theme of sourcing and re-sourcing new and exciting dishes to make our customers smile.
