Fantastic service again from the wonderful staff at the Alma! With special thanks to Ollie who was particularly helpful in organising a table for me and my friends. Would highly recommend a visit to this pub as it has such a great, friendly atmosphere! The food is always really good and again, staff are always so helpful when it comes... More

Came to Windsor to visit family and decided to visit the Alma after seeing the great reviews on here. The food was delicious as were the beers. The garden is just lovely on a summer evening. We were a big party but the young barman Olly sorted us all out no problem. Great service.

I frequently come in with my family for a bite to eat and to take part in the quiz which happens every Thursday. The quiz was great fun and the pub was very lively as always which we thoroughly enjoyed, not many pubs are as consistent as The Alma. Our waitress Sophie was very attentive and hospitable; she's definitely a... More

I visited the alma pub for a Sunday roast dinner. I can't compliment the quality of the food enough! The service was quick, and all pub staff very friendly. I'd like to mention Maya the waitress who was particularly helpful and polite.

Lovely pub with great food and drinks. Bar man I think called Sam (very big beard) was really friendly and looked after us well.

I just felt obliged to write this review following my recent visit with my partner. I am Italian and used to great customer service. This is what I got when I was served here at the Alma by the wonderful Sophie. She made our visit a memorable one in the wonderful rustic ambience. A must for anybody passing through Windsor.

I have lived down the road from the alma for a couple of years and have just stumbled across it! Probably because it is further out from the town centre but it is definitely now my favourite pub in Windsor. The staff and food was lovely and the barmaid Maya was very welcoming and recomended us to go for the... More

You'll find The Alma just 5 minutes walk from Windsor town centre tucked away on a charming Victorian red brick terraced lined street. We are a traditional English pub serving a range of beers, ales, fine wines and great food....The size of our portions are legendary. We also have the largest beer garden in Windsor, great for those hot summer days and evenings, should we see them! We are conveniently located for Heathrow, the M4 and the M25. The Alma is full of antiques and collectable's including: furniture, paintings, pictures, mirrors, ceramics and interesting knick-knacks We also have a collection of rare film posters and are constantly adding interesting and unusual items to The Alma. It's like pubs used to be and, in our opinion, should be.
