The Duke Nick & Annie welcome you to the Duke of Edinburgh at Woodside, a traditional family run business. Here at the Duke of Edinburgh we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of service in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We offer the very best in both a-la-Carte and Bar menu food, with Chef specials offered nightly. Sample our wonderful fayre and accompany your meal with choices of fine wines. We are located just off the Windsor Road in the hamlet of Woodside, just half a mile from Ascot Racecourse. There is ample parking available, and we have a nice garden too. The pub is over 200 years-old and has low beams, giving a cosy atmosphere. The pub was recently completely refurbished,

Returned to this pub. Very popular, parking is limited so get there early on weekends. Dining room has been brightened up with better seating. Good pub menu. Speedy service.

We love visiting this great country pub, the staff are always help plus friendly it’s a pleasure to visit, such a nice selection of snacks plus larger menu, always food is hot ,so cosy, tucked away in winkfield easy to find. Fully recommend.

Good morning, we always advise people to book as we can be very busy. We allow dogs in the bar area but not the dining room.
