We visited for Sunday lunch and the place was buzzing! The food was amazing, with the biggest Yorkshire puddings I've seen in a while. Two of us had the beef and it was cooked to perfection and the vegetarian option went down really well too. The staff were great and it was reasonably priced- a great atmosphere- we'll definitely be... More

I drive past this place around 5 times a week and I have to confess I've never noticed it!! Well I am watching the road I guess. So, made a point of calling in as we were eating nearby. Glad we did - what a great little pub. Really good ale selection- both draft and bottled. Some I'd never heard... More

Been meaning to check out the Brunswick for Sunday lunch for ages as a few friends have been talking about it ,as the Best Roast in town. Finally managed to go this Sunday & I must admit I was not disappointed. The space downstairs doesn't look huge but its really open & has a great vibe. The staff are very... More

Stumbled upon this little gem during a walk round Leeds to find some new watering holes. Lovely little place, staff member was pleasant and had a good knowledge of the ales. The ales themselves were of a Good quality, and well ranged. Only stayed for a little while but could have spent so much more time (and money) in there.... More

A little from the centre but that adds to the charm. Great beers and ales, with good service. I didn't have one but I've seen them go past, the pies look emmence! One slight negative is that it's cold as the door opens to the ground floor & the outside. But I'm a softy.... Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I hosted a yoga weekend retreat in Leeds and The Brunswick was the venue for one of our evening meals. They couldn't have done better! They created a private dining room for us in the upstairs gallery (all their idea, and beautifully executed) which made the whole thing feel really special. The food was great and everyone was very happy... More

We went here as a group for an evening. The food was great and the space absolutely fantastic on the top floor - amazing, interesting art too. We stayed until late and felt both in a good party space and well separated in our private area. Would definitely recommend.

A superb city centre hidden treat. The Brunswick catered for a group of 12 of us on a yoga weekend retreat. The top floor provided for a fabulous art filled space in which we enjoyed delicious food whilst being wonderfully looked after by kind and helpful staff. Thank you so much

I visited the Brunswick a few weeks ago and expected a hearty average roast but what we got was very different. A tasty, considered and well put together roast. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The roast potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. You also get a Bloody Mary to go with which is a nice... More
